Nokia are obviously not doing a great job preventing those leaks as another of their handsets has been previewed well-ahead of its official announcement. This time it's the Nokia C7 and even though the preview doesn't give us all the details it gets clear that the C7 is a slightly trimmed-down Nokia N8, coming at a lower price.


Nokia C7 gets previewed

Despite his history of legal issues with Nokia, Eldar Murtazin from mobile-review.com posted a preview of the Nokia C7. The handset obviously takes the N8 base, but uses a cheaper body (plastic rather than anodized aluminum) and cuts down a few features . The major cut is the camera - 8MP and LED flash vs. the 12MP camera with xenon flash on the N8.

HDMI is also gone and the internal memory has been halved to 8GB. The rest of it is the same - 3.5" nHD AMOLED, 680MHz CPU, 256MB RAM, 1200mAh Li-Ion battery and of course Symbian^3. The Nokia C7 also supports the latest local wireless connectivity - Wi-Fi b/g/n and Bluetooth 3.0 (which hit 10Mbit/s during testing).

Sony Vaio TZ

Japonezii lanseaza de zor noi modele din gama Vaio, dintre care am selectat pentru voi interesantele Sony Vaio TZ. Cu dimensiuni de doar 277×22.5×198.4mm (atentie, doar 2 cm grosime !) si o greutate de doar 1 kg si 220 de grame, seria TZ se anunta un concurent puternic pe piata ultraportabilelor high-end. Forta lor nu este neaparat data de dotarile care variaza de la CPU Celeron pana la Core 2 Duo (fara Santa Rosa pentru moment) cu 1 GB memorie si hdd de 60 pana la 160 GB sau SSD de 32 GB. Ceea ce impresioneaza este designul impecabil si original, incepand cu tastatura slim stil MacBook si terminand cu articulatia iluminata de un led verde. Uitati-va si la restul imaginilor, sunt fabuloase. Ca si pretul, dar acesta nu in sensul bun configurația cu 32 GB SSD și modem EVDO fiind prețăluită undeva în jur de 7200 RON.
